Bryan County, Georgia
Bryan County is located along Georgia’s coast, just south of Savannah. One of its most unusual features is that it is divided into two sections by Fort Stewart, giving the county a distinctive shape. Pembroke serves as the county seat, while Richmond Hill is the largest and fastest-growing community.
The Ogeechee River forms much of the county’s eastern boundary before flowing toward the Atlantic Ocean. Bryan County also has a unique connection to industrialist Henry Ford, who established a winter residence in the area and invested heavily in local development during the early 20th century.
