Larue County, Kentucky
Larue County is located in central Kentucky and is best known as the birthplace of Abraham Lincoln. Hodgenville, the county seat, has a large Lincoln statue right in the town square. You can’t miss it.
The county is fairly rural, with plenty of farms and open spaces. There’s also a historic general store that has been around since the 1800s if you want to step back in time.
