Metcalfe County, Kentucky
Metcalfe County is located in south-central Kentucky, where the hills begin to flatten out. Edmonton serves as the county seat and is about as small-town as it gets.
The county is big on farming, with plenty of corn and cattle across the area. U.S. Route 68 and the Cumberland Parkway run through the county.
Metcalfe County is also home to several beautiful natural areas, including the Marrowbone State Forest and Wildlife Management Area. It’s a great place to hike, hunt, and enjoy the peaceful countryside.
