Montgomery County, Indiana
Montgomery County is located in west-central Indiana. The county offers a mix of old and new, with historic downtown Crawfordsville alongside modern industry on the outskirts.
Crawfordsville, the county seat, is known as the “Athens of Indiana” because of its history of prominent authors. It is also home to Wabash College, one of the few remaining all-male colleges in the United States.
Sugar Creek flows through the area, offering scenic views and good fishing opportunities. The Lew Wallace Study and Museum honors the author of “Ben-Hur.”
