St. Martin Parish, Louisiana
St. Martin Parish sits in the heart of Cajun Country in south-central Louisiana. Its geography is a little unusual because the parish is made up of two separate sections. Oddly enough, Iberia Parish lies between the two sections.
This place is all about good food, great music, and even better people. You’ll find it between Lafayette and Baton Rouge, with part of the Atchafalaya Basin within the parish.
Locals love to debate that one over a cold beer. Speaking of food, Breaux Bridge is known as the “Crawfish Capital of the World.” The parish also has some of the best kayaking and fishing spots in the state. Just watch out for gators.
