Wibaux County, Montana
Wibaux County is a tiny corner of eastern Montana, right along the North Dakota border. The town of Wibaux is the only real settlement, located along Interstate 94.
Oil and ranching keep the local economy going. Winters bring icy winds sweeping across the plains, but when spring arrives, the prairie comes alive with wildflowers.
The Beaver Creek winds through the county. Only about 900 people live here, and they’re some of the friendliest folks you’ll meet. It’s the kind of place where the sky feels bigger and time seems to move a little slower.
